Junior Lifesavers Development Camp
Lower North Coast Branch Junior Lifesavers of the Year (and Forster SLSC members) Tom callagan and Tamara Morgan
last week attended the Surf Lifesaving NSW Junior Development Camp at Collaroy.They both had a great time and
came back very motivated to develop their peers in surf lifesaving.They both have a project to complete by organising a youth activity.

FORSTER SLSC CADETS NEWSLETTER No. 1
Hello Cadet Members I would like to keep all the Cadet Members of the club updated on what is happening over the winter break and into next season. There will be training, social and competition opportunities for all to be involved in. Firstly the Cadet Group will be for members from 14 to 20 years old. Information will be posted on the surf club website forsterslsc.com, surf club facebook page and occasionally by snail mail.
Club To Club Swim 2012 Results
The Dorsal Club to Club this year saw perfect conditions with a slight breeze. absolute postcard clear water from One Mile and very flat conditions. Seventy Four competitors faced starter’s orders for the epic trip from Cape Hawke Surf Club to Forster. Excitement was high as Paul Scott gave them the run down and then they were off charging into the clear crystal waters.
Forster SLSC Presentation Night
A date has been set for our annual presentation awards night on Saturday 19th May at 5pm.We will be celebrating the achievements of our members for the season in our own club room, which will be fantastic,as it hasn't been there for quite some time.There will be catering and entertainment,so keep this date aside, as we know it's an important night for nippers,parents and all members to recognise the outstanding achievements of our dedicated members in all area's of our club.We would like to see everyone come along, which is why we have made the start time early,so families can come along.
